Dimensions vary by model and are indicative only — the exact spec sheet for any reference is sent with its quotation. Cabin allowances differ between airlines, so we advise stocking 20" as the safe default and 22" alongside it.

Collect at Paya Lebar Square or we courier them. Handle the zip pulls and wheels before buying a carton.

Confirm the quote
Written quotation with unit price, pack count, colourways reserved and any branding costs itemised.

Pick and pack
Cases checked for wheels, zips and handles, poly-wrapped and cartoned with a packing list inside.

Collect or receive
Self-collect, or islandwide delivery on a date you choose. Freight forwarding arranged on request.

Packing
Poly-wrapped and cartoned by reference, with a packing list inside and the count marked outside.
Defects
Report transit damage or faulty units within 3 working days with photos and we will replace or credit them.
Delivery
Islandwide delivery or self-collect at Paya Lebar Square. Export documents prepared on request.
Payment
PayNow or bank transfer against invoice. Deposit required on branded and indent orders.
